About us & our history

Novenco was established in Denmark in 1947, and today, Novenco Marine & Offshore employs about 200 employees worldwide.
We improve the life quality of people by creating a healthy indoor climate; we have done this for more than 75 years within the marine and offshore industry.
We are among the world leaders in supplying HVAC&R system, and we develop and manufacture high-quality heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration solutions for marine and offshore.

Novenco has the full value chain, and all parts of the chain consists of committed and passionate employees that constantly strive to keep our customer in focus.

Our offices are placed in 3 countries combined with a broad network of agents represented in 20 countries, ensuring that we can offer local service in the major ship and offshore building regions.

Our goal is to offer environmentally responsible and energy-friendly solutions that meet even the most demanding global comfort and safety requirements.

Our site in Norway is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2017. Furthermore, our factory in Wuxi, China is certified in accordance with ISO 14001:2015.

Our factory

Our factory is located in China in the Wuxi Jiangsu province and employs 40 people. It was established in 2007 and covers an area of 5800 square meters.
The factory provides high-quality HVAC&R products for the marine and offshore industry and ships it to customers worldwide. The factory produces products such as Air Handling Units, Cabin Units, Chillers, Self-contained Units and many more.

Other factories and workshops

By being a part of the Hi Air Korea group, we have access to several factories in Korea where we can manufacture Novenco equipment.
We also have cooperation with workshop in Norway where we manufacture Novenco equipment.
Through this, we can significantly increase our capacity or optimize logistics in projects without compromising the Novenco quality – all of this to meet the requirements from our customers.

Supply chain

Through our extensive range of qualified 3rd party suppliers combined with our own range of products, we will select the right solutions for our customers to suit their specific need. No matter if it is a highly advanced and customized offshore project or an off the shelf product for a merchant vessel – we will find the right solution!
